11:19 am	god do i love going out to brunch on a sunday morning and getting hammered. Dropped a couple bucks on drinks but it sets the mood for the whole sunday. I'm gonna have to enjoy it because i got my labor day holiday ripped out of my hands by my boss on friday afternoon when he decided we should work on monday, fucker. 11:04 am	i'm not really hungover, i think i'm just still drunk. Great fun last night, house party, live music, tons of booze. I honestly don't know what i'm doing up right now. They had a bar set up with way too much whiskey, vodka, and pabst. And you really can't beat $2 mixed drinks and $1 beers, and that's after my sixer of sparks. 11:20 am	wow it's been a while since i posted in here, i didn't have the internet for a long time. That paired with the fact that my life isn't that interesting really had me on a drought. It's raining right now so i'm off of work for the rest of the day. Probably gonna be sitting here bored for most of it. I really could use the work though, money's getting tight around here, i hate not being able to buy beer when i want, that's really the biggest downfall. 1:25 am	was having a great old night getting drunk with friends, then everyone left for another bar and me and my best friend of the last 6 or 7 years got a couple tall boys (large beers) and went to my house. started talking about all sorts of shit, having great conversations about relationships and bands and everything. Then we start talking about this girl we were good friends with back in the day that died at the age of 16, this was a good 5 years ago, killed in a car accident. I have totally blocked out her wake, i for the life of me didn't remember going to it and swore i didn't, but my good friend assured me he was sitting next to me, and i explained a dream i had of it, and he told me that it wasn't a dream that that was the wake. i don't know why i blocked it out, it's such a sad thing to lose a friend at 16, so weird that i couldn't remember. My band played a show out of town after the wake and we had this song called "sorry" all about our singer's best friend committing suicide, this was a person the rest of the band never knew, long before we had met our singer. All i remember is playing that song and finally knowing what it was about, finally getting it. That was the best we ever played that song. (2 Comments |Comment on this)

8:43 pm	i feel like i've lost touch with this journal. maybe my life has become so boring that it does not constitute having a journal. apparently i suck too much for a journal. or maybe i've just been too drunk too remember all the good times. I did black out a couple times the other night, and it wasn't drug or drink related, only had 3 beers and went to take a leak, all of a sudden i wake up on the bathroom floor, then i somehow stumble into the living room and i barely remember this but i know i had no control over my balance and i got off a, " I don't feel so good" before i hit the ground like a sack of potatos. weird, probably should see a doctor, but i won't, hasn't happened again and that was a first. 12:16 am	fuck new years. I may just sound bitter to you but i got dragged across town to go to some lame party of a friend's girlfriend, only to decide to walk home at 11:10pm. So i start walking, had to get smokes, then all of a sudden i'm 3 blocks away and i realize the new year has come and past on this shitty walk of mine. 11:16 pm	well merry xmas to everyone, mine was pretty good. Got a sweet new pair of work boots, bottle of glenlivet, and many socks and boxers. Going back home was nice, got to get hammered with a bunch of my friends and throw up on an SUV with a big "i support W" sticker on it.
